Custom millwork solutions since 1986
In 1986, two brothers started a millwork company in the back of a pickup truck in a suburb of Phoenix, Arizona.
Not long after, Executive Millwork had gained a reputation among local contractors for quality and reliability.
We’ve had a few changes since then: our team has grown, our capabilities have expanded, and we now operate out of a modern, full-service facility.
Today, Executive Millwork serves not just the Phoenix Valley but the entire western United States.
But some things will never change. Still a family-owned business, Executive Millwork maintains our commitment to superior quality and exceptional service. Strong relationships with our customers mean everything to us. We continue to prioritize communication, timelines, and customer satisfaction, along with quality craftsmanship.
Leadership team
John Webster
President
John’s start in millwork began with his handmade chess board in 8th grade wood shop. After a military career and five years in Avionics, he returned to woodworking as the leader of our team. He is responsible for estimating and the business operations of the company.

Mike Nelson
Operations Manager
Mike began his career as a teenager on the shop floor. After helping millwork companies implement ERP software across the country, he now runs operations here in Arizona. He is an accomplished engineer with a wide range of experience in all aspects of the millwork industry.

Bonnie McGrew Kosses
Office Manager
Bonnie has worked in office management positions across a wide variety of industries throughout the United States. She brings her extensive managerial experience and midwestern common sense to oversee all aspects of Executive Millwork’s contracts, purchasing, and accounting.

Kelly Soenen
Shop Foreman
Kelly started working with solid surface while attending college. He now leads Executive Millwork’s fabrication shop with meticulous attention to detail. Kelly is also responsible for product quality and team development.
